I do not recommend this company. The response to my refund request was "they do not issue a return label." "Their company is in China." I spent an additional $20 (return receipt requested) to send my articles back to the San Francisco address on the original packaging. This was over 2 weeks ago, I have not received the signed receipt. This is not a reputable company, do not trust NORACORA.
