Zero stars! I have filed complaints with the BBB and the FCC... I encourage ALL of you to do the same. My story is long... so I will shorten it to: I ordered March 17th --- still no order received. They first blamed COVID, then said I gave them wrong information (unfortunately for them I took a snap shot of my order AND the shipping info I put in since this was a new company for me); in different emails they contradicted themselves, by altering records and saying I gave them a different address, then yet another different address... Since I caught them, they had no choice but to say it was not my fault and offered me 20%, then 30%, then 50% refund --- are you kidding me! Why they think I should pay them a penny of my $149 order... this company is a fraud and we need to work to get them from advertising on facebook and on the internet.
