CUSTOMER SERVICE: It took 18 dated return requests and 2 months for their return label that included their required list of reasons why. Everyone I’d received an email back that they would review & get back to me within 48 hrs. THEY NEVER DID. It wasn’t until I had enough & told them I was contacting the BBB and posting on all media platforms not to buy from NoraCora that I finally received a return label. It has become a matter of holding them responsible and hoping in good faith I will get my refund. Lesson learned.
