It works as expected. However, there are some problems. 1. I believe NordVPN Teams customers mostly are SMB. Forcing your customers to ask for an invoice each time when payment is made is ridiculous. I know you are working on it but you need to work faster. Generate a simple pdf is not rocket science. 2. After declined payment all users were marked as inactive and dedicated server deleted. I didn't receive any messages from you that there is a problem which I have to solve. After fixing the payment issue I had to activate all accounts one by one. 3. Some newly added users for some reason are inactive. Some times license is not added after inviting new team members. New employees have already huge onboarding plans and problems with NordVPN don't help when something is not working correctly. 4. NordVPN is lacking attention to detail. For example, this form where I type this review. There are questions about some item deliveries... Forgot to delete default template questions? Not a big problem, but it adds up.
