Customer service was great. I made some mistakes and so I used the chat feature.
My representative (Edgar) responded very promptly and assisted me with not only correcting my mistake but also making sure that everything was as it needed to be for my circumstances. I really appreciate the speed of the responses as well, typically chat support is time-consuming and takes a long time, but this completely changed my mind.
Very, very helpful and overall great customer service. Thanks again Edgar -someone give this person a raise.
