Personal contact was a bit of an issue with one of your staff prior to installation, but that was resolved.
I am still waiting for a refund from you for £174 due to the extra flue not being required. Maybe the chap who rang to ask me to complete a satisfaction survey can call me back like I asked him to.
Despite the above I am very happy with Northern Gas, the product and the cost, l look forward to the refund.
