Have been waiting since March for a boiler to be fitted under the landlord/tenant scheme, it was supposed to be fitted today. Spent 3 hours waiting for engineer to arrive, rang to check where they were and was told boiler definitely would be fitted today. Rang again after another hour waiting and was told it was not being fitted today but they couldn't provide a reason. Now waiting for engineer to contact tenant to advise when boiler will be fitted. I am disappointed by the very poor customer service. If I hadn't rung up northern gas the tenant and myself would still be waiting for them to arrive.
