I'm sitting here with my new Gas boiler, which is great, but I also have a serious leak which I have been trying to get resolved for over a month now, unfortunately, it's leaking into the only room in the house that we'd fully redecorated and carpeted - my daughters bedroom, and she has been unable to visit and stay because of the damp.
So far I've had one failed visit, and four 'we'll ring you back today to arrange to resolve the situation' - which never happens.
