I had a new boiler installed in March this year. In August I noticed the pipe from the boiler to the waste was leaking on to my bathroom floor. Despite phone calls and emails from me to Northern Gas the pipe is still leaking. I consider this to be very poor customer service . Every communication from mr to the company has been ignored
