From start to finish it was a disaster - wrong boiler installed (without informing us) - tried not to fit a new cylinder which was in the quote - damaged two bedroom ceilings due to leaks - fitters went missing for a week half way through the job without any explanation, which meant we had no heat or hot water - I could go on.
I am still waiting for a call (two weeks later) from anyone to resolve the issues!
