Advised them to get new boiler in august.
Sales great promised me they had loads of workers in South. When I have problem only one.
Didn't manage to get started until November. Then got cancelled. Then re arranged all at expense to myself.
No controller fitted to the system.
Waited a few weeks and many calls that they never returned. I always chased.
Had a small leak in December from there work. had to wait until mid January to fix.
Still got a hole in the wall from the flue that has not been sealed and this is in February.
Customer service very poor. Don't return my calls or any e-mails.
Just use contractors to do the work.
Still no paper work either r.e guarantee t and conditions.
Very similar to Billy Newport review now have leak on floor that they said oh this is cos of the added pressure of combi. Would of been nice to hear this could be a problem before you did the install and I decided what to choose.
