What went right? Nothing!
New boiler installed 5 weeks ago over 2 days only to return home on 2nd day to a burst hot water tank & a leak through kitchen ceiling! Was promised new tank within 2 days but had to chase installation team for tank to be fitted over weekend so we would have heating but engineer was unable to get water to run from water tank to hot water tank. Further engineer out 2 days later & heating started working within 2 days but then noticed it wasn't turning off. More chasing & numerous phone calls for engineer to come out to put things right who eventually came but just did 'survey'. Now on 3rd booked & no-show appointment & unable to speak to customer service again!! At this rate I'll have my heating on for the whole of the summer!
This really has been the worst & most frustrating customer service I have ever come across & find it hard to believe that Northern gas are able to operate as a reputable company when all they do is give out false promises.
