Dissapointed the boiler takes up to 8 second to start after the hot tap is first turned on which equates to 2 litres of wasted water every time.
The safety engineer stated two item's needed attention one of which is concerning as there is a taped up electrical wire tucked into the back of the boiler itself. GAS AND ELECTRICITY DO NOT MIX.
We are still waiting for this serious situation to be rectified.
