Northern gas are not very good at communication and the person you need to speak is never in the office. The fitter that came was excellent when he eventually turned up but he was only late the 1st two days because northern gas didn't bothered ordering the boiler or the flue kit at the local supplier and the fitter had to chase around the country going to different stores.
