I have to say that I am astonished at the clarity that the rep from Northern Gas Heating called Stephan explained everything to me. I was shopping around for the best price and he showed me why this was the wrong approach as ultimately it would cost more in the long run. The system that Stephan quoted for took care of everything including making my radiators work more efficiently as well as protect against sludge and limescale as we are in a hard water area. It also includes a 10 year service plan and 10 year warranty and I get the newest and most efficient boiler with the app on my phone to control the heating wherever I am. I decided against seeing any other companies as I realised that no-one else could offer the same quality of product and service at the same price. We are over the moon
