Following a yearly service from one of your Service engineers ( no name to spare his blushes ) we had no heating. water worked but NO central heating after speaking with your office eventually a gas engineer called Paul Rudrum was sent out to fix the problem. After looking over the system and at first thinking it was the wireless controller he quickly diagnosed that the previous service engineer had forgotten to turn back on the 2 valves to the magnetic filter we have fitted .this Gas engineer was called Paul Rudrum if only every representative of your company was this good and this dedicated maybe your reviews would improve not only was he knowledgeable about the job he was also determined to fix the problem before he left .10/10 for Mr Paul Rudrum 7/10 for being keep waiting on the phone before getting to speak to a human
