Heres a list of my issues with them
- 4 monsth waiting for installation
- 11 months waiting for hive installation
- 11 months with a faulty thermostat
- wrong interest rate put on the monthly quote
- talked out of a powrflush. So still 3 rads not working.
- the worst customer service and call backs I have had.
I strongly recommend you go to a local company over these guys.
