Northern Gas were very efficient at getting me to pay deposit money for a new boiler and Megaflow but the work has never been done!!! Excuses after excuses as to why the work can not be done.
We are so disappointed in the way we have been treated. We have made so many phone calls and each time the receptionist promises that someone will call back and no one ever does. Customer care is very poor and I am waiting for my deposit money back to go else where. Also I have written emails and never get a reply or even an apology .....nothing.
It is upsetting to have this experience.
