From the start everyone was polite, courteous and efficient. The two previsits were conducted with no waste of time and the final installation was arranged very quickly.The boiler is in its early days and appears to be working very well - fingers crossed. I felt with everyone who came into the house comfortable with them and able to entirely trust them. The very polite handshake at the end of the installation was the cream on the cake! Nobody does that any more now. Thank you all.
