When I set out from my home on the 74 mile journey to Northover Cars I had not expected that at the end of the day I would be driving home in the Mercedes E Class convertible that I had seen on their website, but that’s exactly what happened! On arrival, after the introductions, Stuart offered me the keys to look over the vehicle and a cup of coffee. There was no pressurised sales pitch, I was able to thoroughly look over the car and satisfy myself that it was indeed in tip-top condition and a perfect example for the year. Stuart then valued my vehicle and during the negotiations he mentioned that it would be possible to drive it home today, something I had not expected at all. We then had a relaxed test drive again with no pressurised sales involved. Back at the office with the deal done, the Mercedes went off to have a fresh MOT and I was chauffeured into Whitstable by Stuart to have a look around and find some lunch whilst the car was prepared. An hour or so later a further chauffeured trip saw me back at the dealership signing the paperwork, MOT complete, 5 day free insurance organised, and the car was mine, Stuart even paid for my toll back through the Dartford crossing. Buying from Northover Cars was a very pleasurable experience and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
