Just a quick thank you really. We have had our BMW 535i est for approx 30 months now and it has been excellent. It went into the garage last week with rear air suspension issues which needed sorting. The garage and yourselves sorted out with the warranty company without us getting involved. We've never had this before, even with new vehicles and main dealers. We ended up with very little to pay ourselves. A warranty worth the paper it was written on and no haggling - got to be a first!?
