Stay well clear. I am not in the habit of writing negative reviews but this company cancelled my holiday let on the day of departure when we had travelled to very near our destination!
They did offer alternative accommodation but as they admitted “nowhere near Amble” and “very rural”. After cancelling and ruining a family’s 2 week holiday they offered just £250 in compensation! Pathetic! Costumer services were also pathetic with a very matter of fact these things happen approach. Will never use this company in any of its guises again! Be warned.
