I realise these are difficult times, but I've been trying to contact the company to arrange a refund for our cancelled trip.
We booked for a week during Easter and were contacted by email around a week ago asking us to re book within a year.
We have used the company numerous times in the past and had no issues.
We would prefer a refund at this time but are unable to contact anyone.
While I realise we find ourselves in unusual and difficult circumstances, it seams odd to me that you can continue to book through the website but neither the telephone number or the email address are available to communicate with the company.
I also tried logging in to my booking with no success.
While I wish all who work with this company well in difficult times, I would appreciate the ability to discuss the current dilemma.
If they have staff to take bookings then surely they have the ability and courtesy to correspond with existing customers?
