It's hard to do business with people that you can not get a hold of. Also, I purchased 50 blades which were in stock and ready to ship in 3 days or less. It took them 2+ weeks to ship them.. no response or apology email.. even worse their warehouse is only a 100 miles away!!! Norwood please fire your current managers and hire competent management staff. Self-sabotage is not a good business practice.!
