Overall I am happy with the mill (hd36v2). It does everything I hoped for, easy to operate and maintain.
Assembly of the mill was relatively easy but time consuming (4 full days), and some of the added options didn’t come with clear instructions or I needed to partially disassemble components to get the options i stalled.
I have had a few problems with the log stops, welds cracking and bending log stop risers. I feel this part of the mill could definitely be upgraded. Also the ceramic guides should be thrown out and upgraded to the roller bearings asap.
