Bought a sofa tray engraved. The item came back saying "reserved for reserved for" asked for another sent out asap and I was told it's my fault and that all they would do is offer me 15% if I bought a second one off them today. I am now down £37 and have no gift to give. The customer service was not helpful tried to upload pic of item but It keeps saying try again later which I will do
