As a vegan, I was delighted to find this omega 3 supplement and have been taking it for well over a year now. I have mostly noticed a different in my mood but also in how good my skin looks. With the monthly subscription I don't ever have to worry about running out and the cute glass jar and non-plastic packaging means I feel no plastic guilt.
