“I love that they are not fishy! I have been taking them for over a month & I am sure I am thinking more clearly & that pain is less in my joints! I intend to try 2 per day instead of one to up the anti a bit! Love the sustainability side of them & the easy subscription which is easy to pause etc.”

“I have been taking the Marine Magnesium for a few weeks now and have noticed an improvement to my sleep pattern. I usually wake up about 2am and struggle to get back to sleep. Since taking this supplement, I usually sleep through until the morning. This has resulted in feeling much more rested and refreshed in the morning. “I have always had problems with fish oil so when I saw nothing fish had to try . My idear was yo try them first before introducing them to my son who has an allergy to crustaceans. So far I've had no adverse effects love them.”
