After having joint pains for 12 months I read the reviews and decided to give these a go as refuse to take cod liver tablets. After only 2-3 weeks of taking them joint pains all gone!!! Got the wife to try them and again within a couple of weeks head fuzz improved dramatically. Price is affordable and generally both feel healthier.
