What a lovely product, as a vegetarian I know I'm missing essential oils, so I eat as many things as possible that contain omega 3 and use nothing fishy to plug the gap. A wonderfull idea to make it from the source that fish do and I'm told there is no evidence that taking fish oils actually has a real benefit.
