I have been buying from this company for almost 4 years having originally been looking for a sustainable and environmentally friendly product that contains no toxic heavy metals. My mind was then made up to try out this company because of the refill service. I still have the original glass container and receiving the refills only is a great idea. Customer service has been great too when I've had to occassionally request a refill holiday.
