I have no problem with the product. However I ordered 2 months supply, I did not set up a account ? According to them. However I received a email to say another delivery was happening? I tried to access information? That's when I was told no account. 4 days later received the original order. I would only have wanted the refills, not 4 extra jars ? I made contact, was given a option to return, however I don't have printer ? So was told it would not be possible?
