This is my second order of nothingfishy, I find them really easy to chew as the capsules are so soft and malleable. I feel like they are helping with my skin, nails and joints. I love the little glass jar that is sent on the first order. This is perfect and makes me remember to take the capsule daily. I would highly recommend this product.
