Began taking the Omega 3 capsules just over a month ago. This week had two colleagues say how well I was looking, clearer skin & bright eyes. My energy levels are improving. Recently diagnosed with intolerances to so many products, keeping everything crossed that this mighty capsule, small in size however big in delivery will sort me out. Love the little jar to store the capsules in. Definitely would recommend & I will certainly be sticking to the Omega 3.
