I was sceptical about buying the omega 3, but wow so glad I did. I have osteoarthritis in all my joints and these 2 little capsules have worked wonders. I'm less stiff in a morning the pain is almost gone. I do take it along with Horse chestnut. Great combination. Also my hair, nails, skin is so much better. Thankyou Nothing Fishy.
