First of all, the packaging is very attractive. I know I shouldn't be so shallow but this really makes a difference to me. Delivery has been quick and efficient. I've been taking Omega 3 and D3 for two months now and I've really noticed a difference in how happier my knees feel in the morning! No longer do they feel stiff and puffy. I can now crouch easily to feed the cat! I have also noticed a reduction in brain fog, particularly when I'm feeling nervous (this is when it gets really bad). I would really recommend giving them a try.
