The product is fine, although expensive. I ordered it for my son and family who are vegans. I informed nothing fishy when they changed address. However, the parcel went to the old address for a couple of months so I informed them again (no refund for this). My son must've thought I'd cancelled the order and said nothing but now I've found the parcels have probably been going to the old address again for months. Noone lives near this house any more to collect or check 100s miles away. No refund offered so far.... After a week or so apology and refund now given.
