I have purrchased this product on the recommendation from a family member. It is what it says. I bought a a Package of 3 products, Vit. D3, Omega 3 and Sea Moss just over a month ago. I feel they are working and I don't have any issues with these products as they are natural and believe they don't cause me any side affects. I am very happy with the products. I have already recommended to my friends who are vegan and vegitarian.
