I am so disappointed after discovering the misleading marketing of their marine magnesium. The best magnesium to use for the benefits they claim is Magnesium glycinate and I an certain that this company knows exactly what their magnesium hydroxide is actually used for - acid reflux and laxatives.
I am appalled.
