My order never arrived....so my friend did get her birthday present!!!
When I phoned up I was told it was my fault that the order hadn't been sent, not at any point did Notino contact me to say that there was a problem with the order.
Absolutely shocking customer service!! Will never order from them again 😠😠ðŸ˜
