Placed wrong item , paid for it , straight after realised I put wrong item . Within few minutes emailed them , that I made mistake and want refund . Next day had email saying my item been dispatched, what ??Didn’t get answer until opened PayPal case . Claire , customer service emailed me back saying refuse delivery, and as soon we will receive item back you will get refund , how long does it takes ? It has been two weeks still no refund . AVOID THIS COMPANY. Customer service is a joke . Use fragrance direct instead . Will be contacting my bank , I won’t be leaving this situation
