There are a few things about the site that caused me pause when purchasing. Firstly the site has some confusing UI. I wanted to purchase 'Schwarzkopf repair rescue spray conditioner' and noticed that there were 3 options, but it wasn't obvious what the 3 options were (200ml, 400ml & damaged 400ml) and so I flicked between them several times to work it out. It's also clear from some of the copy that Notino doesn't have a UK content team, as the wording looks like it's been translated from another language as it's a bit stiff and formal. Both of these things and the Trustpilot reviews mean I'm a little anxious about my purchase, but hope I am pleasantly surprised when my products arrive and I can update my review.
