I do like Notino and they have a decent product selection, if not extensive, but I find it quite annoying that they offer free delivery for a few specific products only. Would be if they offered free delivery for orders over a specific amount, as most websites tend to do.
Having said that, I have shopped at Notino before and haven't had any issues. Can't comment on the returns&refunds process because I have never returned anything.
