First bad experience! I’ve bought from Notino many times and been a loyal customer. I had bought a ABH brow pomade and it came dry and cracked I emailed them with a photo, I got a response that showed they didn’t even read my email asking for a photo and details I had already provided… I’ve since sent many follow up emails that have been ignored.
