I have ordered shower gels from Notino in the past and it has been ok. This time, however, my order arrived damaged. It had been poorly packaged and had leaked so that the bottles were sticky and unusable. Customer Service asked me to send photos which I did. Two further emails again asking for photos. Then a phone call with an unhelpful assistant. Truly appalling and still waiting resolution. I will never use this company again and would not recommend.
