Notino are so helpful! I rang up the help line & straight away someone, you have the choice of using the automated service, but if you need to speak to a human (in this case Barbra) she was on the phone line straight away, no need to wait in a queue. It is so important to have human contact still! hope this stays :o) really great service, thank you!
