Purchased a Parfumes de Marly Oajan with special price but received a totally different, cheap perfume.
I had to wait couple of days of "investigation", send back the incorrect item on my cost (they are saying that will be refunded) and complete and form requesting a replacement. But instead of replacement I will be refunded.
So my special price item it's gone, I'm out of money for weeks.
Terrible experience.
