One product sealed, one already opened – both shipped in the same box.
I ordered two identical items from Notino. One arrived properly sealed, the other clearly opened and possibly used. The outer box looked fine, but the issue was inside.
Customer service? Completely uninterested. I was offered a £3 voucher for a £54 order – as if that makes up for receiving compromised products.
Apparently, if the packaging isn’t damaged, what’s inside doesn’t matter.
If you care about product safety and hygiene, think twice before ordering from Notino.
