Just experienced shocking customer service from Notino. Bought two products and was entitled to a free gift. Goods arrived, one was already opened and the free gift was missing. They have disputed that either was possible, only option is to return at my expense but then they’ll likely state it’s been opened and free gift is missing. Buyer beware!!!
