authenticity concern
Purchased Tom Ford - Oud Wood, this item I do not believe this is the same as it would be direct from TF. The batch numbers do not match those printed by TF direct.
TF have confirmed Notino is not one of their accounts and they do not supply direct to Notino.
I'm currently trying to arranging returning this item however they are not able to give me a clear process on how to do so.
I've been requested to return the item with no certainly of a refund or any other outcome.
So far I can only advise to avoid using this company.
